2023 GRI SCHOLARSHIP CRITERIA:

Applicant criteria:
\n
• Applicant must be a sales agent\, broker\, or manager\, and a n active member in good standing of the Arizona REALTORS®. Members who hol d the GRI designation are not eligible.
\n
• Applicant may be approved for a maximum of two scholars hips in 2023. Students cannot apply for two scholarships in the same month .
\n
• New scholarship rec ipients will be awarded first each month. If there are any scholarships re maining\, they will be awarded to anyone applying for a second one.
\n
Scholarship criteria:< /div>\n
• Applicant must select one of the classes listed on the online request form.
\n
• If approved\, recipients must attend the class selected on their scholarship entry.
\n
• Entries that do not meet the scholarship criteria will NOT be considered.
\n
• Recip ients must pre-register for their scholarship class.
\n
How to Submit the Request form:
\n
• On 2/16/2023\, click on the “Scho larship Online Request Form” link listed above. You will be directed to th e online request form. Forms submitted before or after this date will NOT be considered.
\n
• Recipi ents will be selected via random number draw and notified via email on 2/2 0/2023.
\n
Reimbursement c riteria:
\n
• Recipients m ust register for their scholarship class within two weeks of receiving the scholarship approval email. No payment will be required UNLESS the regist ration fee is more than $75.00. If the class registration fee is more than $75.00\, the student will be responsible for paying the additional amount . (The scholarship covers up to $75.00 of the class registration fee).
\n
• If the the recipient doe s not register for the class\, they will be considered a class no show and lose their scholarship eligibility for 2023 &\; 2024.
\n• Recipients who do not successfully complete the course\, or do not take the required GRI exam within the 3-d ay exam period\, will be responsible for paying the full registration fee balance.
\n
Cancellati ons/Class Changes/Class No Show:
\n
• If the recipient cannot attend the scholarship class\, they mu st cancel their scholarship and registration in advance or forfeit their e ligibility for future Arizona REALTORS® GRI scholarships.
\n• Recipients will be granted one pre-cl ass cancellation in 2023. If a student is unable to attend their scholarsh ip class\, they cannot transfer the scholarship to another class.\n
• No show students will be inel igible to apply for a GRI scholarship for two years following the missed c lass.
